We serve the entire Triangle area — including Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we come to you? Just reach out and we’ll let you know.

We recommend being present, at least at the start, so we can do a quick walkthrough and understand your preferences. After that, many clients step out to run errands or take a break while we work. We’ll check in with you for any decisions that need your input.

Before we begin, we do a short walkthrough with you to understand your priorities, preferences, and how you like to live in your space. We set up for function, not just aesthetics — so everything ends up somewhere logical and usable, not just wherever it fits.

We break down and stack all cardboard boxes neatly at the end of every appointment. If you’d like us to take everything with us, we offer a Box & Packing Material Removal add-on for $125 — we load and haul all cardboard and packing materials to a local recycling center so your home is completely cleared out. Just mention it when you book.

Just let us know ahead of time. We handle everything with care, but if you have heirlooms, artwork, or items that need special attention, we appreciate a heads-up so we can plan accordingly. Some very high-value items may be best unpacked by the homeowner directly.

Just access to the home and your boxes. We bring everything we need. If you have specific organizational products you’d like us to use (drawer dividers, shelf liners, storage bins), feel free to have those ready — otherwise we work with what you have.

The discovery call is free and takes about 15–20 minutes. We’ll talk through your move, the size of your home, your priorities, and which service level makes the most sense. There’s no pressure — it’s just a chance to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

The packages vary by the number of unpackers, total hours, and the scope of rooms covered. The Essentials Unpack focuses on your kitchen, bedrooms, and daily essentials. The Signature and Complete Home packages extend to living areas and include more intentional organization systems. The White-Glove experience adds light styling and a fully finished feel throughout. We can walk you through the right fit on your consultation call.

If we’re close to finishing and just need a bit more time, we’ll let you know before going over. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate, and you’ll always approve any extension before we continue.

Yes — realtors who partner with us earn a $25 guide credit each time their client upgrades a package. We also offer volume pricing on co-branded Welcome Guides. If you’re a returning client or referring a friend, reach out and we’ll take care of you.

It covers everything a newcomer needs to feel at home quickly — from the best local restaurants and family activities to essential services, schools, neighborhood tips, and hidden gems. It’s the kind of insider knowledge that usually takes a year to collect on your own.

Yes. The digital version ($29) gives you full access and instant delivery. The printed version starts at $40 and comes as a personalized binder, tailored for each family — ideal for gifting at a closing or as a welcome to a new home.

Absolutely — that’s what the co-branding option is for. With a one-time $75 setup fee, we create a personalized template featuring your name, photo, brokerage, and a message from you. After that, there are no additional design fees. Guides are ordered at volume pricing: $50 each for 1–4, $45 each for 5–10, and $40 each for 11 or more.

We update the digital guide on a rolling basis as businesses open, close, or change. Printed guides reflect the most current version at the time of printing.
