Apex Unpacked provides unpacking, home setup, and relocation support services designed to help clients settle into their homes efficiently and comfortably.

Services focus on functionality and organization rather than decorative interior design or construction-related work.

Scheduling & Payment

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so accommodations can be made when available.

Apex Unpacked reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary for safety, scheduling, or business reasons.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Moving plans can change, and every effort will be made to accommodate schedule adjustments whenever possible.

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the home environment is safe and accessible during scheduled services.

While great care is taken when handling belongings, clients are encouraged to notify Apex Unpacked of any fragile, high-value, sentimental, or specialty items requiring additional attention.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Unpacked is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage
  • manufacturer defects
  • improperly packed boxes by third parties
  • damage resulting from unsafe conditions within the home

Services are provided with care and professionalism, but clients acknowledge that unpacking and organizing inherently involve handling personal property.

Digital Products

Digital products, including relocation guides and downloadable resources, are intended for personal use only.

These materials may not be:

  • reproduced in part or whole without written permission
  • copied
  • redistributed
  • resold
  • shared publicly

Refund Policy

Services

If an issue arises with your service, please reach out directly so it can be addressed promptly and thoughtfully.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable materials, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
